Cyclobenzaprine

• Muscle relaxant, structurally similar to tricyclic antidepressants such as Amitriptyline and Nortriptyline

Etoricoxib

• Selectively inhibits COX-2
• Ensures approximately 106-fold selectivity for COX-2 inhibition over COX-1, therefore ensures lesser Gl side effects
